A pottery party is a great way to spend some quality time with family, friends & colleagues, whether the occasion is a birthday, wedding, finishing your exams or meeting your team goals & deadlines, mark the occasion with a make-off!

Guests can make individual items or for team building events they can work as a group to create a larger piece giving a shared sense of accomplishment.

Our studio can accommodate group bookings of up to 10 people. For larger groups we can provide rolling sessions where some of the group socialise in the pub (located conveniently just around the corner*!) whilst others are having their throw, which is a nice way for larger gatherings to work – a bit of potting and a chance to regale others at the bar with tales of their throwing prowess!

Throwing parties take 2 hours for up to 6 people, larger groups will take longer.

If throwing on the wheel isn’t your thing, but you’d like to make something by hand using coils, slabs or sculpting, drop us a line & we can work out a party plan for you.

Cost is dependent on numbers, duration and your choice of making activity. For example, 2 hour session on the wheel will cost £350 for up to 6 attendees, plus £20 per head for additional people (up to a maximum of 10 people, larger group enquiries will be calculated per booking).
