This year’s Art Weeks event shows the work of 3 ceramicists, wildlife Sculptor Jill Collier, coil & slab built pots by Judith Shaw and thrown & raku ware by Helen Woolner.

Throwing on the Potter’s Wheel

available daily, 10.30 – 12noon
£15 pp plus £5 firing charge per pot you wish to keep

Raku painting

Sat 18th May, 11-5pm
No need to book
Paint a hand made ceramic decoration with raku glazes ready for the Sunday firing session, decorations range from £6-10. Your decoration will be fired on Sunday, see pieces being removed from the kiln between 2-2.30pm, ready for cleaning & collection from 3pm.

Raku firing Demonstration

Sun 19th May, 11-2.30pm

Painting raku glazes, price range £6-10 per decorated item.

The kiln will be firing all day, any painted decorations going in the last firing will be being removed from the kiln between 2-2.30pm, ready for cleaning & collection from 3pm.

Garden Bird sculpture workshop
